Lee Custom Homes II has grown over the past ten years to meet the needs of our clients in an efficient and professional manner. We have an experienced full time office staff that is accessible to address any questions or concerns that may arise during the building process.

Lee Custom Homes II can competently handle ALL aspects of building your custom home. We have our own excavation and framing crew that provide you with on-site expertise and allows us the flexibility to start and complete homes in the desired timeframes. We can confidently guide you through the entire process of applying for and receiving a home loan. Our years of experience and excellent working relationship with local lenders makes the banking and lending experience worry-free for you. We can assist you with the initial application through to the closing.

Lee Custom Homes II offers complete packages. We can build your custom home on your land or you can choose from any of the lots we have available. These building lots vary in price and are located in several attractive local developments. We are flexible and capable of building any home, regardless of the size or style. In the past 18 years we have built over 400 homes.

We have several people on our team who were previous customers. This speaks volumes about who we are and demonstrates that we stand behind the homes we build. Our mission is to enable you to relax and enjoy the construction of your new home by providing you with as much support and assistance as you need.

We have a Customer Coordinator who assists you in organizing the various selections of merchandise that will be incorporated into your home. The Customer Coordinator acts as a liaison between you, the suppliers and our craftsmen. Our Site Coordinator contacts local utilities and appropriate municipalities. The Site Coordinator organizes the site of your new home from excavation to attractive landscaping.

We also have a Project Manager who organizes the various phases of the construction process. This provides the homeowner with the assurance that their new home receives the appropriate on-site attention and supervision. Our project manager functions as a team leader and handles the details that contribute to a neat, safe and productive building process.

We have an experienced, professional team that is responsive to the new homeowners needs. At Lee Custom Homes II, we make every effort to take care of the time consuming details of construction for you, so you can concentrate on interior and exterior design selections.
